Customized, colour of a Mini Cooper?
My husband is planning on buying me a pink customized mini cooper for my 5th anniversary, I was curious as to what the price range on this vehicle would be.
The customized part of it will be just the colour & interior colour, which is pink; as they do not do the pink mini cooper on the official website I was curious as to how I would/where purchase it and the price range if anything, thanks

The US Mini website (www.miniusa.com) will let you customize your car exactly as you like it. The cheapest options for a 2009 Mini are $19,150 (including the $650 delivery fee), but if you want add-ons (automatic transmission, extra horsepower, heated, seats, cruise control, etc) it can be much more than that. If a local dealer doesn't have the car in stock the way you customized it, you can have it custom ordered through the dealer (which will take 6-8 weeks for it to be made and arrive at the dealership)
The custom painting varies greatly based on where you get it done. I've seen custom painting for as little as $250 or as much as $3000. One of the cheapest places I've seen to paint a car is MAACO who will do it for around $250 - although if you are painting a new car it may be worth putting in the extra money for having a good local auto-body company to do it.
(p.s - I recently got a new Mini Cooper and have absolutely loved it - they are great cars and I hope you enjoy it)
