what type of car wold you recommend for a 16 year old girl?
I really like jeeps and I think mini coopers are ok..but you gotta understand I'm only judging by appearance.
I really like vintage too but I need something reliable...
do you have any ideas?

The Chevy Cobalt is the most amazing car I've ever driven.

It looks good, it's made in America and it's cheap. They start at about 16,000, so they're a great value, too.
They also get 35 miles to the gallon.
I really don't know what else I can say about it. The car pretty much sells itself. It's cheap and it doesn't sacrifice looks for affordability, either. It's an amazing car with a five-star safety rating.
No matter what you do, don't get some Asian car that's made in non-unionized shops and adds to our huge trade Deficit. Nothing screams "I HATE AMERICA" like driving one of those things.
The Cobalt is prettier than them, anyway. =D
If you want a used car, that's a lot cheaper, there's the Chevy Cavalier, which is pretty much the same car, just older.
There's nothing wrong with Jeep, either. They're safe, hardy and cute. If that's what you like, get a Jeep. Why ask Yahoo answers? It should be your decision. =D
Jeep got five star safety ratings on almost everything. That's also a really good choice. =D
